Refund policy

How Appbridge Inc. (operator of Agentlas) handles refunds for subscriptions and one-off credit top-ups processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd.

Vendor and merchant of record

Agentlas is operated by Appbridge Inc. Paddle.com Market Ltd. is the merchant of record for all paid checkouts. Refund requests can be sent to appbridge@appbridge.co.kr and we coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

14-day refund window

Subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, as long as the included AI credits have not been heavily consumed. Manual credit top-up packs are refundable in full within 14 days only if the credits have not yet been spent.

Renewals

Recurring renewals (the second, third, and subsequent billing cycles) are not automatically refundable. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Account page; cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not refund the cycle already paid.

How to request a refund

  • Email appbridge@appbridge.co.kr from the address on your Agentlas account.
  • Include the order or subscription ID shown on your Paddle receipt.
  • Briefly describe the reason. We respond within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are pushed through Paddle and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined when usage indicates the paid features were materially consumed, or when the request falls outside the 14-day window and is not tied to a product fault on our side.
